We review your workflows, tools, and project types before the workshop. Your team collects ideas for potential AI use cases using a simple template we provide. We identify where time is wasted, where errors repeat, and where the same questions get answered over and over. 02 Day One: Fundamentals and Ideation

We start with the full team. The morning covers AI fundamentals without jargon, real examples from AEC projects, and a deep dive into how AI agents, integrations, and knowledge retrieval actually work. After lunch, we shift to structured brainstorming. Every idea gets a defined role for the AI, a clear task, and specific instructions. We then prioritize the full list by business value, risk, and effort. By the end of day one, your team has a ranked list of the most promising use cases.

03 Day Two: Compliance and Prototype

The morning covers the regulatory side: EU AI Act, data privacy, and what applies specifically to your use cases. In the afternoon, we take the top use cases from day one and go deeper. We write a lean technical specification and, where possible, build and deploy your first AI agent live during the session. Your team leaves with something working.
