Our Process
How we take you from first conversation to AI in production.
01
Understand Your Workflows
Every engagement starts with listening. We spend time with your team to understand how work actually gets done today. Which tasks take the most time? Where do errors happen? What tools do people rely on, and where do they work around them? We map your workflows end to end so every recommendation is grounded in reality, not assumptions.
The output of this phase is a clear picture of where AI can have the highest impact in your specific environment, with a prioritized list of opportunities ranked by effort, value, and feasibility.

02
Build and Validate
Based on the workflow analysis, we design and develop AI solutions tailored to your operations. Whether it is a BIM plugin, a reporting automation, a production planning tool, or a risk detection system, we build it to work with your existing infrastructure. No rip and replace.
Every solution is tested on real project data before it goes live. Your team reviews the output, provides feedback, and signs off before anything reaches production. We iterate until the results meet your standards, not ours.

03
Deploy and Improve
Once a solution is validated, we roll it out across your team. But deployment is not the finish line. We monitor usage, track performance, and collect feedback continuously. The system gets better with every project it processes.
As your operations evolve, we expand the automation to new use cases, new teams, and new markets. We stay involved as a long term partner, not a vendor who disappears after delivery. Our goal is to make AI a permanent part of how your company operates.

Contact usHow long does a typical engagement take from start to deployment?
Most projects go from first workshop to a working solution in 8 to 12 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the workflow, the number of systems involved, and how quickly your team can provide feedback during the validation phase. Simpler automations like report generation can be live in 4 to 6 weeks. Larger implementations with multiple integrations typically take 3 to 4 months.
Do we need to change our existing tools or systems?
No. We build solutions that integrate with what you already use. Whether that is Revit, Tekla, Allplan, SAP, Microsoft 365, or custom internal tools, we connect to your existing infrastructure. The goal is to add intelligence to your current setup, not to replace it.
How do you ensure the AI output meets our quality standards?
Every solution goes through a validation phase where your team reviews the output against real project data. We do not deploy anything without sign off from qualified people on your side. After deployment, automated verification layers continue to check results against plausibility ranges, code limits, and historical benchmarks. If something looks wrong, it gets flagged for human review.
What happens after the initial solution is deployed?
We stay involved. Every deployment includes a monitoring period where we track how the system performs in daily use. We fix issues, refine the logic based on real world feedback, and optimize performance over time. Most clients then expand to additional use cases once the first solution is running smoothly.
How is pricing structured?
We work on a project basis with clear scope and deliverables. There is no hourly billing and no open ended retainers. You know what you are paying for before we start. For ongoing support and expansion after the initial project, we offer maintenance agreements tailored to your usage and needs.
Can we start with a small pilot before committing to a larger project?
Yes, and we encourage it. Most engagements begin with a single workflow or use case. This lets you see measurable results quickly and build confidence before scaling. The pilot is a full production solution, not a demo or proof of concept. If it works, we expand. If it does not, you have not committed to anything beyond the pilot scope.
