Most AI tools ask you to send your project data somewhere else. For a lot of firms that is where the conversation ends.
Contracts, correspondence, drawings and cost data are the most sensitive material a construction business holds. Client agreements and public sector work often rule out sending any of it to a service you do not control. We build the systems so that question does not come up: the model runs where your data already lives.

Map the Data and the Constraints
We start with two questions: which data should the system be able to reach, and what are you not allowed to do with it. That means going through your document stores, your mail, your project systems, and through the client agreements and regulations that govern them. The output is a clear picture of what is in scope and what the deployment has to satisfy before anything is built.

Stand Up the Infrastructure
We deploy the model and the retrieval layer into the environment you chose, and build the ingestion pipeline that keeps it current as projects move. Access follows the permissions you already have: someone who cannot open a document today cannot get an answer from it tomorrow. Everything is tested against your real data before anyone relies on it.

Hand Over and Keep It Running
Your team gets the system, the documentation, and the training to operate it. We stay on for monitoring, updates and the new use cases that surface once people see what it can do. The point is that you own the result, including the option to run it without us.
Sovereignty is an architecture decision, not a policy document.
Plenty of vendors will tell you their tool is GDPR compliant. Far fewer will let you see where the model runs, what leaves the building, and what happens to the system if you stop paying them. We build so that those answers are yours to give.
