At GSI Labs, every solution we deliver starts with a plan and someone who owns it from first conversation to final deployment. As a Software Project Manager, you are the person who makes sure our client projects move forward on time, on scope, and at the quality level our clients expect.

What we’re looking for:

You will manage the delivery of AI and BIM automation projects for AEC companies across the globe. That means coordinating between our engineering team and the client, translating technical requirements into clear milestones, and keeping everyone aligned when priorities shift. You are comfortable talking to a structural engineer about reinforcement logic in the morning and reviewing a sprint board with developers in the afternoon.

The right candidate will have:

  • Experience managing software development projects, ideally in a consulting or client facing environment

  • Understanding of AEC workflows or a strong willingness to learn how construction, engineering, and manufacturing companies operate

  • Ability to break down complex technical deliverables into structured project plans with clear milestones

  • Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal

  • Experience with agile delivery methods and tools like Jira, Linear, or similar

  • Comfort working directly with clients, running status meetings, and managing expectations
