GSI Labs builds software and AI systems for the structural engineering and construction industry. As General Manager Vietnam, you lead the local team, own the P&L, and make sure the real challenges of our customers shape what we build.

Your mission:

You will lead GSI's Vietnam entity end to end. That means setting strategic direction, scaling our team across product, engineering, and commercial functions, and owning the go to market strategy for global markets. You shape the product roadmap together with our technical leadership and translate real problems from structural engineering and AEC office operations into commercial outcomes.

Where you will have impact:

  • Set strategic direction, define operating cadence and build the leadership layer needed to scale

  • Shape the product roadmap: AI-driven structural pre-design, optimization, BIM automation and back-office tools

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for structural engineers, architects and AEC clients in DACH and globally

  • Drive customer acquisition, strategic partnerships and revenue growth, and own pricing and packaging decisions

  • Optimize internal operations across HR, finance and accounting, and translate that logic into the back-office products GSI builds for its customers

  • Report directly to the founders

The right candidate will have:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role with P&L or general management scope

  • Background in structural engineering services, AEC, infrastructure, or related engineering industries.

  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams across product, engineering, and commercial functions

  • Understanding of how a structural engineering firm actually operates, both in engineering and back office

  • Experience leading software projects or software product implementation is a plus, but not mandatory if you bring deep industry depth and commercial judgment

  • Fluent English is mandatory. Vietnamese is a plus

  • Open to Vietnamese nationals and foreign candidates. Visa and relocation will be organised

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City
